The minimalist in me cannot be tamed!

Why would I want to tame this need for less? The more I give, the better I feel. I am giving stuff away because God told me to do it. Plain and simple. He has helped me figure out where it all should go. I pray about it and it comes to me in some form or another. I require less stuff and more Jesus these days.  I am still a work in progress but I am changing. God is changing me. I spend each morning thanking Jesus for his blessings. I spend much more time in my Bible, taking walks, making 2-3 meals out of one for my family, and getting creative in the ways I buy the things we need. Not just the things we want. I still buy wants but much less than before.

Thank you Jesus for showing me that possessions cannot fill up the void inside of me. Only you can. My heart is full of You. So with that I say: JESUS, JESUS, JESUS! Give, Give, Give!

    Hi Vee,

    Congratulations on releasing more! I love your message of giving in this post. That was one of the most fulfilling things for me while I decluttered, finding the perfect home for much of my stuff. It felt wonderful to share, and the empty space provided so much room for contemplation.
